Kevin Woodward

Kevin Woodward is a dedicated educator currently serving as a Math Teacher at San Luis Coastal Unified School District since August 2023. Previously, Kevin taught Physics and Chemistry at Nipomo High School and held positions teaching Physics and Computer Science at St. Ignatius College Preparatory and Abraham Lincoln High School. In addition to teaching, Kevin has participated on the Professional Development Committee, contributing to faculty growth. Kevin's teaching journey began with the San Francisco Teacher Residency, coupled with coursework at the University of San Francisco, where a commitment to preparing new teachers for high-need positions was emphasized. Prior to entering education, Kevin gained experience as a Project Engineer at Rudolph and Sletten, where responsibilities included technical and managerial support for significant Bay Area developments. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of San Francisco.
