Rena Clark is currently a trustee at Proctor Academy and has held various other positions in the corporate world. Rena was previously the Vice President of Corporate Philanthropy at The Kraft Group & Affiliates from May 2003 to May 2007. In this role, they were responsible for leading all charitable giving and fundraising efforts for the New England Patriots Charitable Foundation (NEPCF). Rena was also responsible for the creation and implementation of new fundraising initiatives that resulted in an increase of $1MM to the NEPCF.
In addition to their responsibilities with the NEPCF, Rena also managed activities related to the Chairman’s family foundation. This included negotiating gift terms and overseeing multi-year commitments. Rena left The Kraft Group & Affiliates in 2007 to become a partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners, where they worked until 2015.
Rena has been a board co-chair at AATC HOLDINGS, INC. since 2015.
Rena Clark has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a B.S. with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Lamar University.
