Brittany Plumber

Brittany Plumber has over 10 years of work experience. Brittany began their career in 2009 as a Housekeeper at Great Wolf Lodge. In 2010, they became a Cashier at Walmart. In 2011, they joined Aon Hewitt as an On Floor Supervisor, where they took inbound calls and assisted customers with health benefits and 401k questions, handled escalated calls, and used the TBA system to enroll customers into their benefits and complete 401k transactions. In 2016, they became a Driver License Examiner at NCDOT. In 2020, they joined ProctorFree as a Technical Support Agent. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Sr. Administrative Support Assistant at Mecklenburg County.

Brittany Plumber has an extensive education history. Brittany completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2006 to 2011. Brittany then earned their Master of Public Administration from Ashford University from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, they obtained their ITSA: Information Technology Security Administrator from MyComputerCareer in 2019-2020.
