Marc Sames

Marc Sames has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Professional Associate at the World Affairs Councils of America. The following year, they joined the World Affairs Council - Washington, DC as an Administrative Assistant/Membership Coordinator, and later became the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO.

In 2015, Marc joined POLITICO as an Executive Assistant for their Audience Solutions Division, where they managed scheduling, communications, and priority setting for senior executives. Marc also handled revenue reporting and forecasting for a $40MM business pipeline. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Manager of Business Operations, responsible for executive-level project management and cross-departmental projects. Later, they became the Chief of Staff for Advertising until 2021, overseeing various programs and partnerships, before transitioning to the role of Senior Director for Programs and Partnerships.

Most recently, Marc joined Procurated in 2021 as their Chief of Staff.

From 2009 to 2013, Marc Sames studied at Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During the same period, they also attended the University at Albany, SUNY, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Politics, European History, and Business.
