Gesa Monschein has over 18 years of work experience in the technology industry. Gesa began their career in 2001 as an Account Manager for IBM Global Services. In 2003, they joined HP as an Inside Sales Manager for the Personal System Group, and then went on to serve in various other roles, including Partner Account Operations Manager, Partner Alliance Manager, Technology Services, Account Operations Manager, Volume Direct Operations, and Local Catalogue Manager, Volume Direct Operations. In 2017, they moved to Konica Minolta Business Solutions Deutschland GmbH as an Account Manager, and in 2018, they joined Skill Dynamics as a Customer Success Director. At Skill Dynamics, they are responsible for rolling out personalized programs to over 300,000 students in over 520 companies.
