Evgeniia Kalinovskaya

Evgeniia Kalinovskaya is a professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Partner at Tinkoff since October 2021, where responsibilities include diagnosing training needs, conducting audience research, and launching educational projects based on analytics. Prior to this role, Evgeniia worked as Education Project Manager at the Diagnostics and Telemedicine Center, where the focus was on advanced training programs for radiologists. At the Russian Esports Federation, contributions included developing the first educational programs for esports managers and training Russian esports judges. Evgeniia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the Higher School of Economics, participated in an Erasmus program at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Russian State Social University.
