Jonathan Endean

Jonathan Endean has over 16 years of work experience in the learning and development field. In 2004, they began their career as a Lead Trainer and Business Skills Trainer at BGL Insurance. After four years, they moved to Partnership as a Product & Technical Trainer. In 2008, they were hired by Collinson as an L&D Manager. Two years later, they joined Change Tactics as a Senior Consultant, Digital Learning. In 2014, they were hired by LRMG in the same role. In 2015, they became the Head of Learning at WNS. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Contractor for various companies. In 2021, they were hired by Capita as a Director, Digital Learning. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as Vice President, Learning & Content at Skill Dynamics.

Jonathan Endean has a varied educational background. Jonathan obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town in 2013. In 2012, they earned a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Education. Jonathan also has experience in Accounting and Finance from Bayes Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the Josh Bersin Academy in The Agile Learning Organisation in 2019 and from LinkedIn in Using Data Science to Hire Employees in 2017.
