Alex Franklin

Alexander Franklin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various regions including EMEA and APAC. Currently serving as Managing Director of People & Culture at World 50 Group since March 2023, Alexander has been the People & Culture Director and Strategy and Operations Director at Procurement Leaders since February 2017. Previous roles include Commercial Operations Director at Mind Gym and International Relations Manager at ATD, where Alexander managed operations in India and the Middle East. Early career included positions in revenue operations at CEB and as Senate Manager for the Secretary of the United States Senate. Alexander holds an MBA in International Business from Hult International Business School and a BA in Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
