Cath Lieferink

Cath Lieferink is the Vice President of People at Procurify. Cath has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Most recently, Cath was the Senior Director of People & Operations at Nymi. During their time at Nymi, they were responsible for leading the creation and execution of the company's 5-year strategic plan. Cath also managed change and headed several organizational development projects, which resulted in increased profitability and improved Net Promoter Scores.

Cath is a strong advocate for employee development and has been successful in coaching and mentoring employees to help them reach their full potential. Cath has also been instrumental in developing training programs that have helped employees improve their skills and knowledge.

Under Cath's leadership, the team at Procurify is committed to providing an excellent experience for all employees. Cath is constantly looking for ways to improve the company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Cath Lieferink has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. Cath also has an HR Business Management Post Graduate Degree from Sheridan College.
