Dr. Theresa Sophie Bockelmann

Dr. Theresa Sophie Bockelmann has a wealth of work experience. Dr. Theresa Sophie began their career in 2014 as a working student for Sales at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and then moved on to internships at Allianz Group and Henkel. In 2015, they worked as a student assistant for the Chair of Entrepreneurship at ESCP Europe and a working student for Consulting/ Financial Services at Accenture. In 2017, they held internships at Roland Berger and was an Associate and Visiting Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). From 2019 to 2021, they were a Research Associate (Doctoral Degree) & Lecturer at the Institute for Entrepreneurship at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and a Senior Researcher (Post-Doc) & Lecturer at the Institute for Information Systems and Digital Innovation at Universität Hamburg. Most recently, they have been a Strategy Lead and Entrepreneur in Residence at Procuros since 2022.

Dr. Theresa Sophie Bockelmann obtained their Doctoral Degree (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of M\u00fcnster in 2021, where they studied Institute for Entrepreneurship. Dr. Theresa Sophie also holds an M.Sc. in Management and Dipl\u00f4me Grande \u00c9cole from the ESCP Business School, which they obtained in 2017 after studying Business Strategy, Digital Strategy & Marketing. In 2014, they attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) to study Economics. Additionally, in 2019, Dr. Bockelmann obtained a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I Assessment) certification from Scrum.org.
