Jon Hurt

Jon Hurt has over 17 years of work experience in the medical device industry. Jon started their career at Medtronic in 2002 as a Senior Sales Representative. In 2008, they moved to St. Jude Medical as a Senior Field Clinical Engineer. In 2016, they accepted a similar role at Abbott. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Procyrion, Inc. as a Principal Field Clinical Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all clinical management for product training and research implementation, playing a key role in product development, procedural processes, clinical study design, and providing technical expertise for the Aortix Pump.

Jon Hurt obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Sports Administration from the University of South Carolina between 1990 and 1993. In May 2022, they also earned a certification in Leading When You're Not in Charge from LinkedIn.
