Jesper Diget

Jesper Diget serves as the Group Chief People Officer (CHRO) at emagine Group since August 2022, overseeing HR, ESG, Legal & Compliance as part of the executive team. Previously, Jesper worked at Vestas from October 2007 to August 2022, holding various leadership roles including Senior Vice President (Interim) for Digital, C&R, and Automation, and Global Head of Executive Business Partnering. Key responsibilities included driving global strategic HR initiatives for the Executive Management team and leading People & Culture efforts across multiple divisions. Jesper's extensive career in HR includes roles such as Vice President HR NEU & Service and Senior HR Business Partner, along with early experiences in the hospitality industry. Educational qualifications include an advanced course in Business Strategy for HR Leaders from INSEAD and a BA in International Economics from Aarhus University.
