Leibel Hecht

Leibel Hecht has a diverse background with experience in technology development, video production, teaching, and program leadership. Leibel currently holds the position of Vice President of Technology Development at Prodege, LLC, where they have held various roles since joining in 2017. Prior to this, Leibel served as the Technical Head of Product at Cander in 2022. Leibel also made significant contributions to Project 1000Hires, a project aimed at helping those affected by Covid-19 layoffs, and worked as an instructor for a web development course at JccWorkforce + CHYE. In 2017, Leibel completed a Black Belt Certification in two full web development stacks at Coding Dojo. Additionally, they gained experience in video production as a Video Producer at Chabad.org and as the owner and producer of Leibel Hecht Video Production. Leibel has also served in various leadership and teaching roles, including Co-Director of the Young Shluchim Summer Program and High School Teacher at YOEC High School.

Leibel Hecht completed Talmudic Studies at YOEC West Coast Talmudical Seminary from 2011 to 2014. Leibel then pursued a Full Stack Web Development Certification at freeCodeCamp from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Black Belt in Web Development from Coding Dojo.
