Skye Hoekstra

Skye Hoekstra is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Coordinator for Teaching & Learning (Literacy) at Stillwater Area Public Schools since June 2022. Prior to this role, Skye held multiple positions at Prodeo Academy, including Principal In Residence and Dean of Teaching, where responsibilities included coaching teachers, observing lessons, and collaborating on curriculum planning. Skye has also worked as Dean of Teaching and Learning at ARCH Academy, focusing on instructional coaching and teacher development, and as Lead K-1 Teacher with Teach For America, achieving significant student growth. Skye's educational background includes a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Park University.
