Santi Yagüe

Santi Yagüe has extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Director de Personas at Prodigioso Volcán since November 2017, where responsibilities include talent acquisition and enhancing corporate culture. Previous roles include Director de organización, overseeing employee experience through process optimization, and Jefe de proyectos, focusing on digital content strategy and communication. Prior to Prodigioso Volcán, Santi worked as a freelance Spanish teacher and held various positions in communications and account management at organizations such as Fundación Alcohol y Sociedad, Ketchum, and Weber Shandwick Spain. Academically, Santi holds a degree in Media & Communications Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, alongside multiple specialized courses in design thinking, digital marketing, graphic design, and teaching Spanish as a second language.
