Mikel Zahino Garcia

Mikel Zahino Garcia has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Director de Personas at SENER since April 2016. Previously, Mikel held the position of Director RRHH at Nervion Industries, Engineering and Services, S.L.U., overseeing the administration of personnel across eight provincial delegations with a workforce of 1500 to 3000 employees annually. Prior roles include Project Manager at I3S and everis, where Mikel specialized in departmental design, reorganization, and the implementation of payroll systems and HR applications, including SAP HR modules. Mikel holds a Licenciado en Derecho Económico from the University of Deusto, a Master's in Microcomputer Programming from Centro Informatico del Pais Vasco, and a Master's in Human Resources from FVEM.
