Jenna Bisset Brown

Jenna Bisset Brown is the current Head of Talent at Prodigy Finance. Jenna has over 3 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. Prior to joining Prodigy Finance, Jenna was with DataProphet for 2 years, where they were responsible for designing and implementing all HR processes and infrastructure from the ground up. Jenna also managed all elements of the Employee Lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and offboarding. In their role as People & Operations Lead, Jenna also oversaw the office environment and budgeting. Jenna has also worked with the marketing team to design and roll out targeted campaigns based on business talent requirements.

Jenna Bisset Brown completed a BA in Media, Communications and Culture at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Jenna then went on to complete a UCT - Human Resources Management at GetSmarter. Finally, they completed their Matric in Senior Certificate at Clarendon High School for Girls.
