Joanna Lambrinos has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry spanning over several companies. Joanna started their career at Standard Trust Limited in 1988, where they worked as a Unit Trust Officer responsible for administering equity and fixed income unit trusts. Joanna then moved on to MTC Limited in 1999 as a Training Coordinator, conducting market research and organizing seminars. From 2000 to 2005, Lambrinos worked at The Olayan Group as an Analyst and Trading Assistant, where they prepared economic reports, maintained databases, and managed trade bookings.

Following that, Lambrinos joined HSBC Global Asset Management in 2006 and worked there until 2013 in various roles. As an Analyst in Integrated Model Trading, they calculated index valuations, prepared term sheets, and collaborated with software developers. In subsequent roles as an Associate and Associate Director in Global Currencies, Lambrinos managed risk limits, provided macro-economic research, and oversaw trading and portfolio management.

Joanna then transitioned to afb in 2014, serving as the Head of Treasury for a year. During their time there, they managed the medium-term note program and played a vital role in listing it on the Ghana Stock Exchange. Lambrinos continued their treasury career at JUMO.WORLD from 2015 to 2016, where they maintained liquidity, managed cash flow forecasts, and ensured efficient cash usage.

Currently, Lambrinos holds a senior leadership position at Prodigy Finance since 2017. Joanna first served as the Head of Capital Markets Treasury and then took on the role of Head of Funding Planning and Analysis. In their current position as the Head of Servicing, they are responsible for bridging the gap between student borrowers and sources of funding for Prodigy Finance's international student loan programs.

Joanna Lambrinos attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2002 to 2009, where they pursued a Bsc in Banking and Finance. In 2010, they enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program at the CFA Institute and completed Level 1. Most recently, in 2021, they began their studies at ThePower Business School, pursuing an MBA with a focus on Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation. Their expected graduation year is 2022.
