Molly Dineen Pagello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Molly started their career as a Government and Regional Relations Intern at the University of Dayton in 2008. Molly then worked as an Education Policy Officer at the Embassy of Australia, United States of America in 2009. Following that, they joined The Close Up Foundation as a Program Instructor in 2010. In the same year, they also worked at the Ohio Department of Development in the Governor's Regional Economic Development Office.
In 2011, Molly joined University College Dublin as a Regional Manager - North America, where they worked until 2015. After that, they transitioned to Prodigy Finance, a company dedicated to providing low-interest loans to international postgraduate students. At Prodigy Finance, they held various roles including Relationship Manager from 2016 to 2017, Senior Relationship Manager - New Markets from 2017 to 2018, Channel Development Manager from 2018 to 2020, and most recently, University Development Manager from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Molly holds the position of Head of University Development at Prodigy Finance, where they are responsible for enabling access to education through financing and community engagement.
Molly Dineen Pagello completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton, graduating in 2009. Molly also participated in a Cultural Exchange Program at Maynooth University, where they explored Social Policy in Ireland and Europe. In addition to their formal education, Molly obtained a certification in Delegating Tasks from LinkedIn in March 2020.
