Ruksha De Silva

Ruksha De Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and business analysis. They began their career at Pearson Lanka in 2019, where they were trained and mentored as a Business Analyst. They worked closely with Product Owners and Proxy Product Owners, writing user stories, determining acceptance criteria, and guiding the QA team. They also engaged in backlog grooming, prioritization, and requirement clarification. In addition, they conducted product demonstrations to internal users.

In 2020, Ruksha joined Codimite as a Project Coordinator and later became an Associate Project Manager. At Codimite, they were responsible for coordinating projects and managing project timelines.
