Maaike Koot

Maaike Koot has extensive experience in the fields of human resources and process engineering, currently serving as an HR Coach and Process Engineer at Prodrive Technologies since November 2013. Responsibilities include designing and continuously improving processes to meet high-quality standards using modern methodologies and technologies. Prior to this, Maaike Koot gained valuable experience as a Support Engineer while backpacking through Southeast Asia, and engaged in volunteer work supporting elderly individuals with dementia or disabilities at Zorgboerderij Grootenhout. Additional experience includes an internship at Dorel Europe, focusing on supply chain manufacturing, and quality management for NIAZ accreditation at Stichting Pantein. Maaike Koot obtained degrees in Logistics and Economics and Facility Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences, following a VWO program at Dr. Knippenberg College.
