Steve Barnes

Steve Barnes has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. Steve began their career with AIG in 1990, holding various positions such as Claim Representative, Litigation Specialist, and Unit Manager. Steve was promoted to Service Center Director and oversaw a team of over 100 employees across multiple claim offices. In 2004, they joined Nationwide as a Field Claims Director and later became the national claims litigation team leader. In 2021, they worked as a Claims Director at Hallmark Financial Services Inc. and currently holds the position of Vice President of Claims at Producers National Corporation.

Steve Barnes has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Insurance from The University of Southern Mississippi. In addition, they have obtained certifications including CTO Commercial Casualty Coverage from Nationwide, Legal Principles Diploma from American Educational Institute, Inc., and Universal Claim Certification from CLM Alliance (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance).
