Gus Gonnella

Gus Gonnella brings over 18 years of leadership experience in the claims industry, currently serving as Vice President of Claims at MEMIC since June 2016. Previously, Gus held the position of Vice President of Workers' Compensation Claims at XL Catlin, where ownership of the workers' compensation claims management strategy was established to deliver optimal outcomes for business partners and customers. Prior roles include AVP WC Claims at ACE Group, where strategic initiatives for claims process innovation were implemented, and positions at HRH, Legion Insurance, and PMA Insurance Group, starting as an entry-level claims adjuster and progressing to management roles. Gus holds a BA in Political Science from Temple University and a diploma from St. Joseph's Prep.
