Tj Metkowski

TJ Metkowski has extensive work experience in data and analytics, with a focus on business intelligence, data warehousing, and enterprise architecture. TJ has held various roles, including VP of Data & Analytics at Producers National Corporation, Chief Data Architect at Virtual Business Concepts LLC, and Senior Data Architect at ProAg. In these positions, they have designed and developed enterprise data warehouse solutions, enabled artificial intelligence and predictive analytics, and integrated third-party data sources to enhance analytics capabilities. TJ has also directed technology development teams, overseen application support, and implemented systems to improve operational efficiency. TJ has a strong background in SQL Server and has successfully managed IT projects and portfolios. Prior to these roles, they served as a Database Analyst at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and held a Business Intelligence Project Architect Consultant position at RBA Consulting. TJ Metkowski obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attending from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued an MBA in Finance from Metro State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2017 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2005.
