Zack Decoto

Zack Decoto began their career in 2008 as a Flight Test Engineer at AeroTEC - Aerospace Testing Engineering & Certification Inc. In this role, they developed and executed flight test company and certification test specifications, collected onboard aircraft flight data, and wrote technical reports. Zack then moved into the role of Performance Engineer, where they analyzed aerodynamic data and developed and applied Visual Basic code. Zack was then promoted to Program Manager, where they coordinated cross functional engineering teams for the Mitsubishi Regional Jet development and certification. Finally, they were promoted to Manager, Program Management Office, where they led a team of program managers and was accountable for schedule, cost, and quality for wide ranging programs. In 2021, Zack moved to Product Creation Studio as a Senior Project Manager.

Zack Decoto attended the University of Washington from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics & Astronautics.
