Jany Koščo

Jany Koščo is a highly experienced software engineer and leader with a robust background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Productboard, Jany has previously held key roles such as Staff Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager. Experience includes founding a software engineering team at Understand Labs and functioning as CTO at Footshop s.r.o., where strategic vision and growth initiatives were implemented to ensure platform stability. Jany's earlier roles span various companies, including significant contributions at Stories - Business Intelligence, Rocket Labs GmbH, LMC, and UNIKUM Solutions, where a range of applications, from SaaS solutions to data processing systems, were developed. Jany holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Information Systems and Technology and Informatics from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
