Kelly McNamee is an accomplished customer education professional with extensive experience leading teams in various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Education at Productboard, Kelly focuses on SaaS customer education, developing both on-demand and live training programs, as well as enhancing customer documentation and success strategies. Prior roles include Senior Director of Customer Education at Therapy Brands and Senior Manager of Customer Education at Sendoso, where significant achievements in improving training accessibility and customer engagement were made. With a strong background in customer success and instructional design, Kelly has also contributed to the growth of programs at PCLaw | Time Matters, SignalPath, IBM, LexisNexis, and Waterton. Kelly holds a BA in Communications from Benedictine University.
