Illia Zakharov

Illia Zakharov has been working in the customer support industry since 2018. Illia began their career as an Administator on Duty at Multiplex Holding in 2018. In 2019, they held the role of Shop Assistant at JYSK, and Customer Support Specialist at Global Bilgi (Ukraine). In 2021, they held the roles of L1 Support Engineer and L2 Support Engineer at Stuzo, and Customer Support Specialist at Генезис.

Illia Zakharov earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Dnipro University of Technology in 2021. Illia is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from Dnipro University of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
