Laura Havlík

Laura Havlík serves as the Director of HR Operations at Productboard since September 2023, where responsibilities include developing HR Operations and Workplace Experience strategies while mentoring the HR Operations team. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Regional HR Manager for Europe North at Keyloop, where coaching managers and managing employee relations were key functions. Laura’s experience also encompasses serving as HR Business Solutions Leader and HR Administration Lead for Germany and Austria at Johnson & Johnson, engaging with stakeholders and overseeing HR operations in the region. Laura began their HR career at Amazon, managing HR lifecycle activities in the DACH and Netherlands region. Laura holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Psychology, and Law from University College Utrecht.
