Natalie Niadj

Natalie Niadj serves as Associate General Counsel and holds the positions of Principal Managing Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel at Productboard since June 2021. In addition, Natalie is a Charter Member of TechGC and a Mentor at Venture Out Startups, both roles also initiated in June 2021. Previously, Natalie worked at Amazon Web Services as an Enterprise Deal Lead and at Atrium as Corporate Counsel. Legal experience includes positions at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as an Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Associate and as a Summer Associate, as well as a brief stint in a legal role at GitHub and an internship at Twitter. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley.
