Chief Financial Officer at Production Control Units

Joseph Osterday has over 35 years of experience in the finance and accounting field. Joseph began their career in 1982 as a Senior Staff Accountant at Richard A. Huchison, CPA. In 1984, they moved to Dayco Products as an Accounting Supervisor, where they analyzed gross margins, reviewed monthly departmental profit and loss statements, and maintained standard cost files and customer master files. In 1988, they joined Dayton Walther Corp as a Corporate Accounting Manager, where they prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for bondholders, management and parent company. In 1989, they became the Controller at Advanced Assembly Automation, Inc., where they managed the Accounting, Payroll and Information Technology departments, prepared the monthly and annual financial reports, and developed the annual budget and five-year business plans. In 2002, they were hired as the Director of Finance at DT Industries, Inc., where they managed three business unit Finance departments and Information Technology departments and performed monthly consolidation of the business units’ financial reporting and forecasting. In 2004, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Assembly & Test Worldwide, Inc., where they provided critical consolidated reporting to senior management and the board of directors, had an understanding of international legal requirements in setting up foreign entities in China and Brazil, and had extensive experience and understanding of navigating Brazilian tax regulations. In 2011, they became the Controller at ATW Automation Inc., where they provided management with the information and tools to become more profitable through analysis and review of financial results and developed monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and ensured the company complies with all corporate policies and procedures. In 2014, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Production Control Units, where they encouraged and supported the leadership team in developing a culture that inspires innovation, growth and success throughout the organization, acted as a hands-on financial advisor, and was instrumental in securing financing to fund the growth of the organization.

Joseph Osterday obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton in 1982. Joseph then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Dayton in 1988. In 1985, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Accountancy Board of Ohio.
