In their final role at Ford Motor Company, they became a Material Handling & Packaging Engineer, responsible for designing the material handling system for a greenfield facility and developing simulation analysis for powered material handling vehicles.

Most recently, Gustavo worked as the Director of Mexico Operations at Production Modeling Corporation (PMC) from 2016 onwards. Gustavo Rodolfo played a vital role in launching a new branch company for PMC in Mexico, gaining Fortune 500 clients, and obtaining certified supplier status.
