Tom Dushaj has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Tom started their career at Eaton Corporation in 1990 as a Program Manager. Tom then joined IBM in 1997 as the Director of Enterprise Solutions and Strategies. In 2003, they moved to Production Modeling Corporation (PMC) as a Senior Manager before becoming the Vice President at Infomatics Inc. in 2006. Most recently, they returned to PMC in 2016 as the Director of Business Solutions and Author.
Tom Dushaj studied at Oakland University from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
