Colin Casanova

Colin Casanova has a diverse range of work experience in the production and installation industry. Colin started their career as a Master Electrician at Vail Valley Foundation in October 2007 and worked there until September 2009. In February 2012, Colin joined Brite Ideas as an Associate Lighting Designer and progressed to become a Project Manager specialized in Light, Audio, and Video Engineering. Colin worked at Brite Ideas until May 2014. Colin then founded their own company, Productions By Casanova, in May 2014 and served as the Owner. In September 2015, they joined Production Services International as a Lighting Director. Their most recent role was as an Installation Specialist at Signarama, starting in June 2018.

Colin Casanova began their education in 1998 at the University of Northern Colorado. Colin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology in 2001. During their time at university, Colin developed a strong foundation in technical theatre and gained valuable knowledge in design and technology. In 2000, they also pursued further education at Full Sail University, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Show Production and Touring in 2001. This additional qualification provided Colin with specialized expertise in show production and touring.
