Terrence Wilson

Terrence Wilson is currently the Director of Lighting and Exterior Systems at Scout Motors Inc., a position held since August 2023. With over 25 years of experience, Terrence also serves as an Author and Mentor for The Man-to-Man Project, focused on inspiring young men to reach their potential through motivational speaking and life coaching. Previously, Terrence worked at Magna International as Global Director of Innovation, where responsibilities included leading the development and launch of new lighting technologies for automotive exterior lighting. Earlier tenure at Ford Motor Company featured various leadership roles related to exterior lighting, where Terrence oversaw product development teams and established efficient processes for multiple programs. Terrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
