Colleen Russell

Colleen Russell's work experience includes being a Senior Product Manager at Productive Edge since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Scrum Master at Donnelley Financial Solutions from January 2018 to February 2020, and at Discover Financial Services from June 2015 to January 2018. Colleen also has experience as a Technology Support at TechZone Service Center from August 2010 to May 2015. Additionally, they have interned at Discover Financial Services as a Business Technology Intern from May 2013 to August 2014, and at COUNTRY Financial as an Information Technology Intern in May 2012.

Colleen Russell earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from Illinois State University, which they attended from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications. In February 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), through the Scrum Alliance. Most recently, in January 2022, they obtained the SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
