Olga Puhnichenko

Olga Puhnichenko has extensive work experience in recruitment and HR roles. Olga is currently employed at Productive Edge as a Senior Recruitment and HR Manager since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Intetics as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead from February 2021 to February 2022, where they were responsible for various recruitment activities, mentoring team members, managing cooperation with recruitment agencies, and implementing new bonus systems. Before Intetics, Olga worked at Skywind Group as a Senior Talent and People Manager from February 2019 to January 2021.
