Backend Engineer at Productive

Jean Petric's work experience begins with their current role as a Backend Engineer at Productive, starting in July 2022.

Prior to this, Jean worked at Jaguar Land Rover from December 2020 to July 2021 as a Software Engineer, and from July 2021 to June 2022 as an Offboard Software Developer (Senior Software Engineer).

Jean also worked as a Lecturer in Software Engineering at Lancaster University from October 2018 to November 2020, and as a Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire from May 2017 to September 2018.

Before their lecturing roles, Jean was a Research Fellow at Brunel University London from 2016 to 2017, and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire from 2015 to 2017.

Jean gained experience as a Student Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering RITEH University of Rijeka from 2009 to 2014.

Additionally, Jean worked as a Software Developer at Novatec New Technologies, where they were involved in the development of web applications using the CakePHP framework. This role lasted from 2010 to 2013.

Jean Petric obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Rijeka from 2009 to 2012. Jean then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same university from 2012 to 2014. Subsequently, Jean Petric completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire from 2014 to 2018.
