Fitnat Mutlu

Fitnat Mutlu is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in management, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as the On-Site Division Manager at Productive Playhouse since November 2021, Fitnat previously held roles such as File Clerk at Rolfes Henry Co., LPA, and English Second Language Tutor at the Columbus Literacy Council. As a co-founder of Peace-Builders, Fitnat contributed to fostering interfaith relationships among youth. Additional experience includes positions as a Sales Associate at Carters Inc., an intern at the United States Senate, and a Leadership Program Coordinator at the Washington Institute for Leadership, as well as managing social media for Rug Gallery. This varied experience underscores Fitnat’s commitment to both organizational success and community development.
