Joshua Barden

Joshua Barden is a seasoned engineer with diverse experience in design and research roles. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at Michelin since September 2024, Joshua is also engaged as a Research Engineer at Productive Resources LLC, focusing on the workforce development needs within the shipbuilding industry in Northeast Wisconsin. Prior positions include Sr. Design Engineer at Glendo LLC and Design Engineer III at AGCO Corp. Noteworthy earlier roles feature a combination of design, manufacturing, and engineering positions at Bunting Magnetics Co. and Facility Engineering Associates, along with technical internships and roles in the coating supply sector. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming, complemented by an Associate of Applied Science in Machine Technology from Hutchinson Community College.
