Anna Virtanen

Anna Virtanen is a data scientist at Productivity Leap since May 2021, specializing in OMOP ETL development and machine learning-based forecasting models for elderly care. Prior experience includes serving as a teaching assistant and research assistant at Tampere University, where responsibilities involved leading exercise sessions for over 500 students and programming single cell simulations. Earlier roles include managing a study aid service as a student adviser and working as a software engineering trainee at KaVo Kerr Group, focused on test automation and software debugging. Anna holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tampere University and previously earned Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biotechnology.
