Erika Natunen is a Service Designer at Productivity Leap since February 2022, focusing on ICT development projects and the design of data products and solutions. Previously, Erika served as a Thesis Worker at Kela, contributing to a service design project that redefined Kela’s Prescription Feedback Service. Erika has also held roles such as Project Coordinator at Aalto University’s Information Technology Program, Content Marketing Specialist at The F Company, and various positions in customer service and marketing, demonstrating a strong foundation in both technical and business aspects. Erika holds a Master’s degree in Information and Service Management from Aalto University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Sciences at Tampere University. Additionally, Erika has completed minors in Business Administration and Management at EGADE Business School and in Information Technology Program at Aalto University.
