Jennifer Payne

Jennifer Payne is an experienced program manager with a strong background in quality assurance and engineering support. Currently serving as a Program Manager at ProductPlan since February 2018, Jennifer also holds roles as a Quality & Efficiency Engineer and Agile Coach. Concurrently, Jennifer has contributed as a Quality & Efficiency Consultant at both Intervals and Pelago Design since April 2017. Prior experience includes a decade at AppFolio Inc., where Jennifer advanced through several positions including Director of Engineering Support, Director of Quality Assurance, Sr. Quality Assurance Manager, and QA Manager. Jennifer's career began at Computer Associates as a Manager of Quality Assurance and earlier as a QA Engineer at Miramar Systems, Inc.
