Nick Fields has a diverse work experience starting from October 2015 to the present year. Nick initially worked as a Customer Success Manager at ProductPlan, where they played a crucial role in establishing the Sales and Customer Success departments. As the first hire, they took on various responsibilities such as owning customer support, running sales demos, and creating support documentation. Nick later became a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they led cross-functional relationships with marketing, sales, and engineering, closed Enterprise level deals, and ran implementation for the first Enterprise customers. Nick then progressed to the role of Head of Customer Success, overseeing hiring and mentoring new team members, building playbooks and processes, and managing strategic customer accounts. Next, they transitioned to a Product Manager position, collaborating with engineering squads to maintain and improve the core roadmap solution and integrations. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Product at ProductPlan, where their responsibilities are yet to be specified. Prior to joining ProductPlan, Nick worked as a Supervisor at Jersey Mike's Subs from August 2012 to September 2015.
