Barbara Bermes is an experienced product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Workleap and a Podcast Host & Advisory Board Member at Products That Count. With a strong background in product leadership roles at companies such as Deel, WorkRamp, Lever, Mozilla, and OANDA, Barbara has demonstrated expertise in building diverse teams, establishing product strategies, and driving data-informed decision-making. Notable accomplishments include enhancing organizational design and psychological safety in high-performing teams, advocating for customer needs, and successfully launching innovative products. Barbara holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and has pursued additional education in IT project management and information architecture.
