From 2008-2011, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist for U-Talk International and U-Talk Education, where they were responsible for business development, bench sales, and lead generation. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Lead US IT Staffing for Global Asssocia- Aptask, where they were responsible for IT requirements in US to US Recruitment's and Bench Sales. From 2013-2017, they worked at ASB Resources as a Technology & CXO Hiring Recruiter for the USA. From 2019-2020, they worked at Appex Innovation as the Head of Talent Acquisition for India and the USA. Lastly, from 2020-2021, they worked at Infojini Inc. as the Recruitment Manager for Technology, CXO, and C-level Hiring for the USA. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition Manager for USA at Prodware Solutions.

Rohit V. attended St Joseph High school before completing their Higher secondary at NIOS in 2012. Rohit then went on to study Human Resources Management and Services at Madurai Kamaraj University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in 2016.
