She has over 14 years of experience in serving customers by planning and implementing call center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing staff. Ms. Thielke has extensive financial aid knowledge and technical experience in financial aid management systems to include Banner, PeopleSoft, and Datatel Colleague.
