Robert has held leadership roles in various companies such as PROENERGY, EthosEnergy, Calpine, and Waste Management, where they developed and implemented safety programs, managed compliance, and established safety cultures. Robert's extensive background includes serving as a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army Reserves, showcasing their leadership skills in high-pressure environments.

Robert Van Benthuysen completed their Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance at Northeastern University from 1990 to 1993. In 2010, they obtained the FDP1 - Faculty Development Program Phase One certification from the US Army.
