William de Winter

William De Winter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the manufacturing sector. Since October 2015, William has served as the Business Unit Manager for doors and windows at Profel while also owning WD Management, a management consultancy. Prior to this, William held the position of Operations Director at Henrad & Caradon Stelrad from September 2001 to July 2015, overseeing operations and statutory responsibilities within the Belgian and Dutch branches of a leading European group in panel radiator manufacturing. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Henrad, Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Caradon Heating Europe, and various engineering and managerial positions at Veha NV, Belfort NV, Philips Lighting, and Atlas Copco. William holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Hogeschool Antwerpen and further education from UIA Antwerp.
