Cesar Pineda

Cesar Pineda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and production management. Currently serving as an Asesor at Profesional Independiente since January 2019, Cesar specializes in advising businesses on processes related to IVSS, BANAVIH, INCE, the Ministry of Labor, and the Commercial Registry. Additionally, Cesar has been part of IVSS since December 2006, where the role involves analyzing human resources. Previous experience includes serving as Jefe de Producción at Wooden Bakery, overseeing gourmet artisan bread production, and acting as Director of Research and Development at JEALTEL producciones audiovisuales. Cesar holds a Licenciatura en Administración Comercial from Universidad Central de Venezuela, earned between 1999 and 2004.
